About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Intern to assist in maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure and endpoint systems at Aspire. You’ll work under the supervision of the Director of Information Security, collaborating with a dynamic IT team committed to building a secure and scalable technical environment throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support tools such as Google Workspace, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Defender for Endpoint.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Windows 10/11 and macOS devices.
- Set up and manage Unifi systems, including WiFi networks, firewalls, and access control systems.
- Provide in-person IT support at the office and remote assistance to off-site team members.
- Resolve hardware and network issues involving PCs, printers, and wireless connectivity.
- Handle selection, testing, procurement, and setup of end-user devices (Windows/Mac), along with software licensing.
- Assist in compliance initiatives related to standards like ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC 2 Type 2.
- Create and update technical documentation, FAQs, and user manuals using tools like Notion and Confluence.
- Write basic automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to streamline IT tasks.
- Support the complete IT lifecycle from employee onboarding to offboarding.
Minimum Qualifications
- Residing in Gurugram or Bengaluru, India.
- Proficient with both Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated and quick to learn new technologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
