About the Program

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day IT operations and assist in various functions such as infrastructure management, cybersecurity, applications, and data analytics.
- Contribute to project activities by helping with documentation, testing, and implementation under the supervision of senior team members.
- Learn to use and apply IT systems, tools, and processes followed within Baxter’s global framework.

Eligibility & Skills Required
