Job Responsibilities
- Deliver new features and enhancements in a fast-paced environment as a member of a growing engineering team.
- Collaborate closely with product management and cross-functional teams to develop product requirements.
- Conduct research on new technologies and incorporate them into new products or services.
- Demonstrate a track record of delivering large-scale distributed systems.
- Possess hands-on experience in PHP server-side coding, as well as frameworks such as Zend, Laravel, CakePHP, CodeIgniter, relational databases, OOPs concepts, XML, REST, and Git.
- Possess developer-level knowledge of Vanilla JS, ExtJS, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
- Have a solid understanding of HTTP, networking, and security.
- Be able to work independently and efficiently to get things done.
- Be able to work primarily on Linux.
Preferred Requirements
In addition to the above responsibilities, the following are preferred requirements for this position:
- Knowledge of web security and secure coding practices.
- Experience developing REST APIs using PHP.
- Experience with SQL DDL DML.
- Familiarity with a unit test case framework.
- Familiarity with Kafka, OpenSearch/ElasticSearch, and Redis.
