INVESCO Off Campus Hiring 2025 – Business Trainee
Your Responsibilities
- Generate client reports on a set schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly) by gathering data from multiple systems and teams, ensuring the delivery of accurate reports within the designated timeframes.
- Respond to routine client inquiries promptly and appropriately, offering support for basic issues.
- Work under direct supervision and contribute to the transition of tasks from regional offices.
- Follow all reporting procedures and organizational policies strictly, ensuring reports are completed with precision and high standards.
- Help create and maintain detailed and accurate process documentation.
- Support local teams during system testing phases or during periods of high workload.
- Keep the Team Lead or Manager informed of any critical concerns or unusual findings.
Skills and Experience Required
- Foundational understanding of financial markets, asset types, mutual fund structures, investment processes, and key market stakeholders.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt, along with strong coordination and cooperation abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Educational Qualifications
- MBA in Finance, graduating in 2025 from a recognized institute.
- Minimum of 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and undergraduate studies.
