Technology Exposure
You will gain hands-on experience across one or more of the following areas:
ServiceNow Development
Work on building efficient and scalable workflows using ServiceNow, a widely used cloud-based platform for automating IT, HR, and enterprise operations. This includes practical exposure to CMDB (Configuration Management Database), workflow design, automation development, report creation, dashboards, and real-world enterprise service management processes.
Intelligent Automation
Design and develop automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, AWX, Python, Selenium, and Agentic AI. This includes working with intelligent agents capable of autonomous reasoning, decision-making, and collaboration to address complex automation challenges.
Monitoring and Observability
Create and enhance monitoring solutions using platforms like Splunk Cloud, Observability tools, and SolarWinds. You will learn to design dashboards, track system performance, identify anomalies, and support the availability and reliability of critical applications.
Cloud Development and Operations
Contribute to cloud-native development and operational activities across platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS), helping build scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions.
Upon successful completion of the 12-month program, you will be assigned to a team based on organizational needs. This decision will be made collaboratively with input from you, the program sponsor, your advisor, and business and HR stakeholders.
Your Role
- Complete structured classroom training and apply learnings through business-focused case studies
- Participate in two rotational assignments within the Technology organization during the program
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Invesco business model and growth strategy, including products, investments, sales, operations, and corporate functions
- Apply foundational programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is advantageous
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS; certifications are a plus
- Support team objectives and deliver on individual goals throughout each rotation
- Actively engage in Invesco Connects and Business Resource Group (BRG) initiatives
- Participate in regular progress reviews with the Rotation Manager and Program Lead
- Build strong, long-term professional relationships through clear and effective communication
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across global teams
