Job Summary
We are offering a one-year internship opportunity for driven and passionate individuals who want to build practical experience in Application Implementation and Support Services. This role is part of the AI and Technology Solutions (ATS) division and involves working across Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA product domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of applications across multiple product areas, including Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA.
- Assist in resolving application-related issues to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and help translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to application testing and validation to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, workflows, and best practices related to implementation and support activities.
- Track application performance and suggest enhancements where necessary.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge by staying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Recently graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of application deployment and support processes.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and other commonly used software.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, or QARA-related solutions.
- Understanding of application testing and validation practices.
- Basic programming knowledge and familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (preferred but not mandatory).
