Wipro Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) – 2025 FY26
The Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) by Wipro is a distinctive initiative designed for BCA and B.Sc. students. It enables participants to start their professional journey with Wipro while simultaneously pursuing an M.Tech degree from a reputed academic institution in India, fully sponsored by the company.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Requirements
- 10th Standard: Passed
- 12th Standard: Passed
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university norms)
Year of Passing: 2025
Eligible Qualifications
- Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in any of the following streams:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Electronics
- Physics
Additional Guidelines
- Distance or open schooling is accepted for 10th and 12th only.
- One active backlog is permitted during the online assessment; however, all backlogs must be cleared by the end of the 6th semester.
- Core Mathematics must be part of the undergraduate curriculum. Subjects such as Business Mathematics or Applied Mathematics will not be accepted as alternatives.
- A maximum gap of three years is allowed between the completion of 10th grade and the start of graduation.
- No gaps are allowed during graduation; it must be completed within three years.
- Applicants must be Indian citizens. Candidates holding a foreign passport should have a valid PIO or OCI card.
- Bhutanese and Nepalese nationals are required to provide their citizenship certificates.
- Candidates must have completed a cool-off period of at least three months before appearing for the test.
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years or above at the time of registration.
Selection Process
Eligible applicants must undergo the following evaluation rounds:
Round 1: Online Assessment (Duration: 80 minutes)
Consists of four sections:
- Verbal Ability: 20 minutes – 20 questions
- Analytical Ability: 20 minutes – 20 questions
- Quantitative Aptitude: 20 minutes – 20 questions
- Written Communication Test: 20 minutes
Round 2: Voice Assessment
Round 3: Business Discussion
Service Agreement
Selected candidates are required to commit to a 60-month service agreement.
If the employee chooses to resign before completing this duration, the joining bonus must be repaid on a pro-rata basis.
