Job Title: Learning & Development
Work Location: Navi Mumbai / Pune
Mode of Work: On-site, 5 days a week (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Service Agreement: 3 years

Role Responsibilities
Club Administration:
- Coordinate and facilitate club meetings by collaborating with members and leadership to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of activities, attendance, and participant feedback.
L&D Branding:
- Design and implement strategies to enhance the visibility and impact of the Learning & Development function.
- Develop promotional content to showcase the value and achievements of L&D initiatives.
- Drive participation by promoting events across multiple communication channels.
Club Engagement & Adoption:
- Build relationships with competency leads, vertical heads, guest speakers, and subject matter experts to support events.
- Monitor and implement strategies to increase employee participation and adoption.
Event Management:
- Prepare event calendars and share schedules with relevant stakeholders in advance.
- Arrange venues, resources, and logistics in coordination with administrative and support teams.
- Track and manage inventory of event-related resources such as merchandise, electronics, and other supplies.
Learning Analytics:
- Leverage analytics tools to assess program effectiveness and gather feedback for improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) in Business Administration or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Prior experience in Learning & Development or Training is advantageous.
- Effective organizational and project management skills.
- Enthusiastic about hosting events and engaging a diverse employee base.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of learning technologies and digital platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with teams, address stakeholder needs, and provide clear, consistent updates.
- Open to feedback, adaptable, and committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Compensation
