The Gainsight DevOps team is responsible for managing a variety of tasks related to release engineering, configuration management, build and deploy automation, infrastructure provisioning, tool administration, developer productivity, and internal tool development.

Job Responsibilities
- What You Will Be Doing
- You will be responsible for owning and proactively enhancing our core frameworks, tools, and development processes.
- This involves making architecture and design decisions, writing exceptional code, and fixing any bugs that arise.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and debugging applications, as well as working on integrations with existing tools to improve developer productivity.
- This includes automating the code integration, build, test, release, and deployment process.
Education and Experience
- The following qualifications are required for the position:
- 0 to 1 year of experience in developing applications/tools.
- Certification in AWS / Google Cloud Platform(GCP) or a similar cloud platform.
- Proficiency in one of the programming languages with good problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Working experience with PostgreSQL and Mongo.
- Good working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, and REST APIs.
- Preferred qualifications
- The following qualifications are preferred, but not required for the position:
- Exposure to any Python framework, such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
- Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM).
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools, such as Jenkins or Hudson.
