Job DescriptionCalix – Customer Success Intern

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist senior team members in gathering necessary information for customer engagements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to provide timely and proactive customer support.
  • Contribute to process improvement by creating and updating content, playbooks, and procedures.
  • Cultivate processes and relationships to enhance customer retention and loyalty, aiming to boost renewal rates.
  • Monitor customer health scores, satisfaction levels, and engagement metrics.
  • Maintain and update data in customer success management software.
  • Participate in customer-facing engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, communications, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent degree in business, management, or marketing preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
