Job Responsibilities

  • SYX Services Pvt Ltd is looking for an IT Trainee for BA/QA who will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
  • Understanding the business operations: The IT Trainee should have a good understanding of the business operations and analyze the working of each module efficiently.
  • Interaction with business stakeholders: The IT Trainee will have to interact with respective business stakeholders, for requirement gathering or issue resolution.
  • Identifying areas for improvement: The IT Trainee should be able to identify and analyze the areas for improvement according to the business requirement.
  • Preparing prototypes and documents: The IT Trainee will be responsible for preparing prototypes and documents (FSDs, BRDs, etc.) according to the requirement gathered from the Business Users and if any change requests observed.
  • Coordinating with Technical teams: The IT Trainee will have to coordinate effectively with Technical teams for development.
  • Carrying out functional testing: The IT Trainee will be responsible for carrying out functional testing before the release.
  • Performing application demonstration and training: The IT Trainee should perform application demonstration and training to technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Successfully engaging in multiple initiatives: The IT Trainee should successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • The above responsibilities require the IT Trainee to have good communication skills, analytical skills, and a basic understanding of software development methodologies. The IT Trainee should be able to work in a team environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Skills & Requirements

  • The individual must possess a range of skills and competencies that make them well-suited for various job roles.
  • These include having a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and being able to effectively communicate ideas both in writing and verbally.
  • They are also proficient in the use of SQL syntax to analyze data and have excellent time management abilities, enabling them to multitask and complete projects within deadlines.
  • Additionally, they possess strong problem-solving skills, work well under pressure, and think creatively to come up with innovative solutions.
  • Their proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint allows them to carry out tasks efficiently, and they also demonstrate a team-player mindset, making them an asset in collaborative environments.

Eligibility

  • The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline.
