About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Writing Intern who has a knack for turning intricate technical concepts into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand content. In this position, you’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and the customer success team to produce documentation that empowers both developers and end users.
Responsibilities
From your first day, you’ll be part of the documentation team and actively contribute to:
- Developing and maintaining top-quality content, including user manuals, how-to guides, FAQs, integration instructions, and release notes.
- Partnering with engineers, product managers, and customer success teams to document new features and product updates.
- Reviewing, refining, and updating existing materials to ensure they remain accurate, clear, and consistent.
- Creating visuals—such as screenshots, GIFs, and video tutorials—to make documentation more engaging and easy to follow.
- Ensuring all materials adhere to the company’s documentation style guide in terms of voice, tone, structure, and terminology.
About You
- You have a passion for technical communication and developer-focused content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Master’s degree in English, Journalism, or a related field.
- A team-oriented mindset and openness to constructive feedback.
- Curious, detail-focused, and eager to explain how products and systems work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the Document Development Life Cycle (DDLC).
- Prior experience in writing blogs, documentation, or contributing to open-source projects.
- Familiarity with tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or Notion, and project management platforms like Jira or Linear.
- Experience using visual tools such as Camtasia, ScreenStudio, or Snagit for creating rich media content.
