Required Skills
The ideal candidate for this position should possess 0-1 years of experience in Mechanical design engineering, and be a graduate member of a professional institution.
They should be able to work effectively in a team-based environment, while also having the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is necessary, including a detailed understanding of the use of macros.
In addition, experience using common analysis software such as CSC Fastrak, TEDDS, ROBOT, ETABS, and SAFE is desirable, with a willingness to learn these analysis packages if required.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required, and the ability to propose multiple solutions to clients while objectively summarizing the benefits and shortcomings of each is crucial.
