TCS Off Campus Drive for 2023 & 2024 Batch MBA Freshers

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is currently recruiting for candidates from the 2023 and 2024 Year of Passing (YoP) for the following specializations: Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, General Management, Business Analytics, Project Management, and related disciplines from recognized universities or colleges.

Application Process:

1. Log in to the TCS Next Step Portal.
2. Register and apply for the drive:
   • If you are an existing user in the NextStep Portal under the ‘IT’ category, log in with your TCS Reference ID (CT/DT reference number), complete the application form, and click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
   • New users should click on ‘Register Now’, choose the ‘IT’ category, fill in the required details, submit the application form, and click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
3. Select your test mode (in-center) and preferred test center, then click on ‘Apply’.
4. Monitor your application status by checking “Track Your Application”. The status should show as “Applied for Drive”.

Important Notes:

• Center allotment for the test will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Ensure you have all original academic documents up to date for submission during the interview (if shortlisted).
• Communication regarding the test will be provided by our test partner, TCS iON.

Test Eligibility – TCS Off Campus Drive for 2023 & 2024 Batch MBA Freshers

To be eligible for the test, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Percentage: Candidates should have a minimum aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA across all subjects in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), graduation, and post-graduation examinations.
2. Highest Qualification: Candidates pursuing full-time management post-graduate courses (MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM) with specializations in Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, General Management, Business Analytics, Project Management, or related disciplines from a recognized university will be considered. This is applicable for those graduating in the years 2023 and 2024.
3. Graduation Background: Any graduate degree from a recognized University/College is acceptable.
4. Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: Candidates should not have any pending backlogs.
5. Extended Education: Completion of courses within the stipulated duration is required; no extended education is permitted.
6. Gap/Break in Education: Candidates must declare any gaps in education, with the overall academic gap not exceeding 24 months until the highest qualification. Relevant documentation for gaps in education will be verified.
7. Course Types: Only full-time courses are considered; part-time/correspondence courses are not eligible.
8. Open Schooling: Candidates who completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are eligible if their graduation and post-graduation (if applicable) courses were done full-time.
9. Work Experience: Candidates with up to 2 years of prior work experience (part-time/full-time) are eligible. This experience should be declared in the TCS application form and supported by relevant documents during the selection and post-joining process.
10. Age: Candidates should be between 18 to 28 years old to participate in this hiring event.

Test Pattern Details (Time, Sections, etc.)

Test Provider: TCS iON administers the TCS MBA Off Campus Hiring process.

Test Pattern: The assessment lasts for 90 minutes and consists of three sections:

1. Verbal Ability
2. Numerical Ability
3. Business Aptitude
