The Opportunity:
We are seeking an SAP Basis Administrator to manage the setup, configuration, and ongoing support of our SAP system environment. This role is essential in ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of SAP platforms that support vital business functions. The position involves working with technologies such as SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, SAP Solution Manager, along with operating systems like Linux and Windows Server, and databases including SAP HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server. Responsibilities also include system monitoring, issue resolution, performance optimization, applying patches and upgrades, and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to maintain system integration.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
- 0–1 year of experience in an SAP Basis Administrator role
- Familiarity with SAP HANA administration (preferred)
- Understanding of database platforms such as SAP HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server
- Knowledge of SAP security practices and administration
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
