Job Description
ShareChat Off Campus Hiring 2025 – Intern – Marketing/Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with promising content creators by exploring platforms like ShareChat and similar sources within targeted categories.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with creators, guiding them through established operational procedures.
- Support the onboarding and re-engagement of hosts for one-on-one interactions within the Friendzone feature—a space designed for users to initiate private conversations and build new connections.
- Share regular updates with the SC Live community and hosts about current events, promotional offers, incentive programs, and internal campaigns using multiple communication channels.
- Boost social media activity and audience interaction during internal contests and promotional drives.
- Analyze virtual gifting trends to assist creators in increasing revenue through active audience participation.
- Collaborate with teams across content and live audio segments to design, track, and evaluate performance metrics.
- Monitor content for appropriate language, review user profiles, manage direct messages, and ensure quality in notifications and feed interactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in creator relations or talent management, with strong communication skills to support an engaging environment for both hosts and listeners.
- Deep cultural insight with the ability to understand regional preferences and content tastes quickly—ideal for someone who intuitively connects with diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working with data; should be proficient in Google Sheets or Excel, with working knowledge of formulas like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables to draw insights from key metrics.
- Proficient in English and at least one regional language, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
