Demonstrated ability to proactively acquire new skills in technologies, tools, and methodologies through self-directed learning, online resources, and mentorship opportunities.
Strong grasp of programming fundamentals and data structures. Desirable proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
Familiarity with the Salesforce CRM Platform is advantageous. Effective problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and adapt to changing priorities.
Enthusiasm for learning and advancing in a dynamic development environment. Preferred experience with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Understanding of relational databases and SQL. Prior internship or personal projects showcasing software development expertise are beneficial.
