Responsibilities:

• Enhance, update, and modify codes and programs for portions and subsystems of systems software, which encompass operating systems, compilers, networking, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools.
• Execute predefined test plans and protocols for designated sections of code; detect, record, and resolve assigned issues.

Job Description

• Customizing the ServiceNow system, such as configuring workflows.
