Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end engineering solutions for Machine Learning at scale, ensuring seamless integration of data science solutions into tangible products.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of pertinent experience.
2. Proficiency in analyzing complex problems and translating them into data science algorithms.
3. Solid understanding of various core ML areas including Forecasting, Classification, Data/Text Mining, NLP, Decision Trees, Adaptive Decision Algorithms, Random Forest, Search Algorithms, Neural Networks, and Deep Learning Algorithms.
4. Experience in statistical learning encompassing Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics, Web Analytics, Parametric and Non-parametric models, Regression, Time Series, Dynamic/Causal Model, Statistical Learning, and Guided Decisions.
5. Competence in big data analytics, adept at identifying trends, patterns, and outliers in large datasets.
6. Strong proficiency in Python and/or R programming languages.
7. Proficiency in big data platforms such as Hadoop (Hive, Pig, Map Reduce, HQL, Scala).
8. Familiarity with Teradata, SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Domain knowledge in one or more retail divisions.
2. Track record of publishing papers or delivering talks in reputable academic and research journals or Data Science Forums.
3. Possession of data science-related patents.
4. Experience with data warehousing platforms, including NoSQL databases like Cassandra.
5. Familiarity with GPU/CUDA for computational efficiency.

What you’ll do:

1. Create, modify, and close Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAP MM/SAP Ariba.
2. Allocate and manage incoming requests through internal tools like ServiceNow, mailbox, IP2P, and other sources.
3. Monitor team inboxes for requests and respond to customer and supplier inquiries regarding order status, changes, or invoice updates.
4. Take ownership of requests, providing timely follow-up and support throughout the process.
5. Respond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries about request status, changes, or PR/POs.
6. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, actively participating in innovation initiatives.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reduce the Turn Around Time of the overall procurement request cycle time.
8. Ensure completion of all tasks and activities within the specified Turn Around Time to meet SLAs for the cluster/region.
9. Update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with change management and obtain quarterly sign-offs.

What you’ll bring:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
2. 0-2 years of work experience in Procure to Pay operations.
3. Exposure to SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, and India GST structure is advantageous.
4. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
