Job Description – Swiggy off campus Drive – Associate Software Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams to design, create, and maintain scalable backend systems and services.
• Develop high-quality, sustainable code using Java and Go programming languages.
• Implement a range of technologies including Elasticache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, DynamoDB, among others, to construct efficient and dependable backend solutions.
• Participate actively in code reviews to uphold code quality and comply with best practices.
• Contribute to discussions on architecture and design for new features and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, focusing on performance optimization and addressing scalability concerns.

Qualifications:

• Holds a B.Tech degree, graduating in 2022/2023, with a strong academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Java and/or Go programming languages.
• Familiarity with backend development principles and technologies.
• Basic comprehension of databases and data modeling principles.
• Eager to learn and work with modern technologies like Elastic Cache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, and DynamoDB.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Capable of thriving in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with foundational cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as version control systems like Git.
